Wuyi Yancha: Rock Oolongs - Sunday September 6

Among all the various oolong teas, those from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian, the so-called "rock oolongs" are the most highly regarded. We'll be tasting a variety of yancha, including those from the "core region" (zhen yang) of Wuyi. We will talk about the origins of oolong, and explore the subtle variations of each.

Teas being tasted will include (subject to change):

• Cinnamon Fragrance (Rou Gui)
• Winter Daphne (Bai Rui Xiang)
• Big Red Robe (Da Hong Pao)
