A very rare type of tea - processed like Chinese green tea, but with an extra step of bundling the leaves after heating. Less grassy than green tea, with more minerality and a honey-sweet finish. These specialty loose leaf teas are a must try. Only found in China until very recently, we now also offer a rare yellow tea from Kenya.
Brew yellow tea with slightly cooler water (90c / 195F) for best results.
