Gongfu Cha: an Introduction - Sunday September 13

Learn the basics of Gong Fu Tea, also called the Chinese Tea Ceremony. We will demonstrate a few different brewing techniques, and offer hands-on gaiwan usage for those who want to give it a try. Gong Fu Cha helps you get the most out of your tea, yielding many brews with developing flavor. Enjoy an immersive experience of Chinese culture.
