White Tea Exploration - Sunday August 9

White tea is the least processed type of tea - leaves are picked and dried, with no heating, rolling, shaping or roasting.  The flavor variations come from where the leaves are harvested, and different plucking styles.  White tea is also one of the two types of tea that are commonly aged to develop flavor.  Join us as we explore the subtle varieties of white tea.
