Teas from Taiwan with Wendy Chen - Sunday August 23

Join Callisto Tea House co-owner Wendy Chen as she takes you on a tour of the latest developments in Taiwan tea.  While Taiwan is famous for it's oolongs, they have also made a splash with their black tea cultivar "Ruby 18".  White tea is a relatively new direction for the Taiwan tea industry.  This tea tasting with Wendy is a special educational experience.

Teas being tasted will include (subject to change):

• Flowers in December - Wenshan Baozhong oolong tea
• Honeysuckle - white tea
• Red Jade - black tea
• Fairy Fire - Da Yu Ling oolong tea
