“Today I fly over Er-Mei; Tomorrow I’ll kick over Wudang Mountain!”

The ancient and mysterious tastes of this tea seem to dance and shift from brew to brew - or even from one day to the next.  This is a raw (sheng) pu-erh from Yiwu mountain, one of the most sought after origins in Yunnan.  Be present and engage with this tea to discover elusive strawberry-cream notes, the sting of iron, and a long lasting lingering sweetness (hui gan).  This is a good tea for exploring cha qi, the energetic effects of tea on the body.

2020 harvest, Yunnan, China
