Advanced Gong Fu Techniques - Sunday December 13

Take the next step in your tea journey with this exploration of traditional Chinese tea brewing.  This will be a hands on tea tasting session, where each guest will try their hand at brewing tea.  We'll go over lot of the 'rules' of tea brewing, such as water temperature, leaf to water ratio, and handling pressed or brick teas.  We'll discuss materials such as glass, clay and porcelain and when to use them. But we'll be breaking all those rules and learning to let the tea speak for itself.  With attentive brewing, and lots of practice, the tea will tell you how it likes to be brewed.
