Enjoy the Callisto signature pairing of gongfu style tea with our unique take on afternoon tea bites. Select a tea for gongfu brewing or entrust the choice to our tea experts. Share our traditional Chinese tea service, gongfu cha (sometimes called the Chinese tea ceremony), where tea is brewed at the table in a small clay pot. After drinking each pot, the leaves are brewed again, allowing you to experience the way the tea develops as the leaves open up.
