The Six Types of Tea - Saturday November 16

In this extended Tea Tasting & Educational Session, we'll be covering the official Six Types of Tea - black, green, white, oolong, yellow and pu-erh (aka "dark tea").  Examples of each type will be brewed, and all the "grey areas" of the tea world will be explored as well.  To cover that much ground, this session will last 90 minutes.

Teas being tasted will include:

Four Immortals - green tea from Vietnam
The Red Queen - black tea from Sichuan
Silver Spring - white tea from the Nilgiri Mountains in India
Ray of Light - yellow tea from Kenya
Water Fairy - roasted oolong from Fujian
Tribute 2003 - fermented puerh tea from Yunnan
