Each of the 3 teas comes in a 10 gram pouch, enough for 2-3 tea times. All 3 teas can be brewed gong fu style - use 5 grams of tea in a small (200 ml or 8 oz) pot, and brew for 30 seconds. The same leaves can be brewed 5-7 times without loosing flavor.
Each chocolate bar comes in 50-70 gram quantity. Contains milk and almonds. May contain trace amounts of other tree nuts or wheat.
