Shipping Policy
At Callisto Tea House, we are familiar with the interminable waiting from the time an order is placed to the moment it is received. We work hard to ship all orders within one or two business days. Orders are processed and shipped during our shop's business hours. We ship via USPS First Class / Ground Advantage.

Callisto Tea House is not responsible for delay, damages, or loss incurred to packages during transit by the carrier. Please confirm your address is entered correctly. Packages returned by the carrier for insufficient address information may be collected by Callisto Tea House and forwarded to the customer’s correct address at an additional postage fee.
Only Domestic U.S. Shipping is currently supported

Return & Refund Policy
For tea products, Callisto Tea House only accepts returns of unopened tea within 20 days of purchase. For tea ware, product must be unused and undamaged to be returned for refund, also within 20 days of purchase.

All sales are final for gift cards and discounted items.

Shipping expenses are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our shipping error.
​
Returns must be shipped in a box, not a bag, envelop or mailer. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
​
Refunds will be issued within three business days of receipt of the return and a credit will be applied to your original payment.
