Kick off AAPI heritage month with a special Tea Tasting conducted by Callisto co-owner Wendy Chen.  She'll be brewing and discussing the teas she brought back from her latest trip to Taiwan.  The teas we'll be tasting range from the more familiar High Mountain Oolongs, to the prized wenshan baozhong, to the mysterious "bug-bitten" oolong, and relatively new developments in white tea and black tea grown in Taiwan.
