This high mountain oolong brews up surprisingly cyan, with the magical sparkle common to Taiwan teas. Grown on li shan, literally "pear mountain", this tea offers gentle fruit notes underlying its floral character, and the signature creamy texture of high mountain oolongs. The strong floral fragrance from the dry leaves carries over many brews, and lingers at the bottom of the cup a vanilla-like aroma.
